(KINGSVILLE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kingsville observed a white pickup truck travelling at a high rate of speed on Woodycrest Drive on February 18, 2016 at approximately 9:50 p.m.
Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the male and lone occupant of the vehicle who pulled into a driveway on Woodycrest Drive.
The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Ryan DUECK, age 36 of Windsor was charged with Fail to Provide Sample contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and Careless Driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario. He will appear in a Windsor court on March 22, 2016 to answer to the charges.
