(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 45 year old female with several provincial charges following a traffic stop at a Sutherland Street, Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday February 19th, 2016 at approximately 4:32 pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP stopped a motor vehicle on Sutherland Street, for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 45 year old Shelly BURKE of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with driving while under suspension, use validation not furnished for vehicle, and drive motor vehicle – no currently validated permit. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
