(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 52 year old male with drinking and driving offences after investigating an incident at an Indian Line Road, Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nations Territory, ON address.
On Sunday February 21st, 2016 at approximately 7:14 pm, Officers responded to a black 2008 Nissan car in the ditch on Indian Line Road. While the investigating officer was dealing with the driver signs of impairment by alcohol was detected. He was subsequently arrested and breath tests were obtained.
Charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired and Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of Alcohol is 52 year old Timothy DAVIS of Six Nations Grand River Territory First Nation, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
