[PETERBOROUGH COUNTY] Over 80 Mgs. Charge 2016-02-26
On February 25th, 2016 at approximately 5:15pm, OPP Officers responded to a vehicle in the ditch at Edenderry Line in the Township of Selwyn. Investigation subsequently revealed the driver of the motor vehicle had been consuming alcohol prior to the accident.
Charged is: Keith Wallbridge, age-55years of Selwyn Township
Sec. 253(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada – Over 80 Mgs.”
Mr. Wallbridge is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on April 14th
