(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – The City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a concern from a citizen yesterday afternoon, February 25 at approximately 3:30 pm, about a possible impaired driver in Fenelon Falls.
The vehicle was located and after an investigation the 66 year old male driver, Jorma HUOTARI, was arrested for Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on March 24, 2016.
