(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On February 26, 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding a two vehicle collision on Highway 6 just north of the 4th Line, Centre Wellington Township.
Three people were taken to a local hospital by ambulance and one has since been taken to a Hamilton hospital by air ambulance. Names will be released when next of kin are notified.
Guelph-Wellington Emergency Services (EMS), the Centre Wellington Fire Rescue Department attended the scene.
The cause of the collision is currently being investigated by the Wellington County OPP and anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to call 1-888-310-1122.
