(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 36-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Fourteenth Street, Simcoe, Ontario address.
On Thursday, February 25, 2016, at approximately 2:44 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of South Drive, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Fourteenth Street address.
As a result of investigation, police arrested a passenger located in the vehicle. Charged with possession of Marihuana, possession of Gamma-Hydroxybutyric and fail to comply with Probation Order X2 is 36-year-old Braden Boyd FITZGERALD of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
