(LEAMINGTON, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington received a report of an erratic driver on March 2, 3016 at approximately 11:50 p.m. on Wilkinson Drive in Leamington.
Officers located the black sport utility vehicle (SUV) travelling southbound on Erie Street South.
Officers spoke to the driver of the SUV and sole occupant of the vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment. Alcohol was also located inside the vehicle.
Douglas ROBINSON, age 57 of Kingsville, was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Refuse Breath Sample. He will appear in a Leamington court on March 17, 2016 to answer to the charges.
