(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) County of Brant detachment investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Muir Line, County of Brant, Ontario, address.
On Friday, March 4, 2016 at approximately 7:45 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a school bus.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that the school bus was being operated by 54-year-old male of Brantford, Ontario and was travelling north bound on Muir line.
The school bus was stopped at a stop sign when it was struck from behind by a motor vehicle being operated by a 38-year-old male from Princeton, Ontario.
The school bus at the time of the collision was carrying approximately nine (9) elementary and high school students.
No injuries were reported as a result of this incident and charges are pending.
The investigation is continuing.
