Bottle Thrown At Moving Tractor

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment is investigating an act of mischief at a Norfolk County Road 21, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.

On Thursday, March 3, 2016 at approximately 3:52 p.m., a tractor was travelling east bound along West Quarter Line Road, when the driver of the tractor observed a vehicle travelling west bound throw a glass bottle out the window.

The bottle struck the tractor and startled the driver. The driver was able to safely stop without being involved in a collision and contact the police.

“Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation. This is a very dangerous act that had the potential to cause a collision and injury to the operator of the tractor or another innocent motorist travelling on the roadway.
