(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 4, 2016 at approximately 1:10 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 2010 Cadillac for a traffic violation on Queen Street, Puslinch Township.
Police spoke with the male driver and located suspected marihuana. He was arrested and during the investigation Police located suspected cocaine along with items related to drug trafficking.
26-year-old Kyle HARRIS of Waterloo has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Marihuana Under 3 kg and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 5, 2016.
