(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 51-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at an Argyle Avenue, Delhi, Ontario address.
On Friday, March 4, 2016, at approximately 10:24 p.m., police received a call from a concerned motorist about a vehicle that was travelling on the roadway. Officers on patrol in the area of Argyle Avenue located the vehicle at which time it was stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police charged 51-year-old Nishad ALI of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
