(Odessa, ON)- On Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 5:38 a.m. officers with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a single vehicle collision at the round-a-bout at the intersection of County Road 2 and County Road 4 in Loyalist Township.
Police investigation revealed a grey Pontiac failed to negotiate the round-a-bout and continued for approximately 100 metres striking a tree and an unoccupied home.
The driver, 28 year-old Kassandra WILLIAMSON of Kingston, was located at the scene and was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, over 80 mgs and dangerous driving.
She was released on a Promise to Appear with a first appearance date of March 15, 2016 in Provincial Court in Napanee.
