(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Drummond Line Friday night just before 10:30pm.
The driver was found to have been consuming alcohol earlier in the night.
Kyle MILLER (age 25) of Warkworth, ON was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON March 31, 2016.
