(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Warren Loppie is described as a black male, 33 years of age, 5’ 9” (175 cm), 160 lbs (73kg). He has a tattoo on his right forearm of a Skull and a tattoo with writing “The only good cop is a dead cop” on the left side of his neck.
He is serving a 4 year sentence for Armed Robbery.
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area and Barrie.
