(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Saturday, March 12, 2016 at approximately 9:40 pm, an officer from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol on Highway 61 when the officer conducted a traffic stop on the driver of a GMC Sierra.
The officer spoke with the driver and determined the driver had consumed alcohol.
The driver was transported to detachment for further tests.
Sarah TYCHOLIZ, 43 years of age, from the Municipality of Neebing was arrested and charged with Operate a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mgs of Alcohol contrary to the Criminal Code.
She is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on April 29, 2016 to answer to the charge.
