(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 11, 2016 at approximately 3:30 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that the Canada Post Super mailbox located on the Sixth Line (Nichol) in Centre Wellington Township had been broken into sometime within the last 24 hours.
It is unknown how much mail has been taken, if any, or the value.
Any person with information regarding these incidents is asked contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
Wellington County OPP encourages residents to remove mail daily from mailboxes and to report any suspicious activity observed.
