(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 21-year-old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Kent Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, March 19, 2016 at approximately 6:43 a.m., police responded to the Kent Street South address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through the course of investigation it has been determined that a male became involved in a verbal altercation which turned into a physical confrontation with another male.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 21-year-old Nicholas Paul Michael SIMON of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
