(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 23-year-old male after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Highway 59, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at approximately 7:27 p.m., OPP, Norfolk County Fire Services and Norfolk County Paramedics were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
Through investigation it was determined that a motor vehicle was traveling southbound on Highway 59 when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 23-year-old Cody Alexander HAEGENS of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
