(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a man with a drug offence. The charge stems from a traffic stop on Highway 11 Maisonville Township. The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. on March 28, 2016.
Subsequent investigation resulted in the seizure of Marihuana. The estimated value of the seizure was approximately $1200.
Charged is Khaleb ALBUKHARI, age 20 of Thunder Bay Ontario with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on May 19, 2016.
