(SUDBURY, ON)- On March 25, 2016, at approximately 11:50 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Highway Safety Division (HSD) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 69 in the Municipality of French River.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the vehicle contained a radar warning device.
James LAPLANTE, 29 years of age, from Barrie, was charged and issued a Provincial Offences Notice (PON) for: Drive motor vehicle with speed measuring device, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
