(ESPANOLA, ON)- On March 27, 2016, at approximately 3:07 p.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17 in the township of May, east of Massey.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Joey McNAUGHTON, 33 years of age, from Tuscarora, Ontario, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on May 12, 2016.
