(SUDBURY, ON)- On March 28, 2016, at approximately 2:55 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Highway Safety Division (HSD) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 69, in Burwash Township, south of the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Paul Shawn OUIMET, 44 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Speeding, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on May 16, 2016.
