(Deseronto, ON) – On Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 9:00 p.m., officers with the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau-Drug Enforcement Unit (OCEB-DEU), assisted by officers with the Napanee OPP and the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a residence on Green Street in Deseronto.
Police seized 5.35 grams of cocaine, a small amount of crack cocaine and crystal methamphetamine, 15 grams of marihuana, digital scales and related packaging materials.
39 year-old Michael LEVEQUE of Deseronto was arrested at the scene and faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (crystal methamphetamine), possession for the purpose of trafficking (marihuana), and fail to comply with a probation order.
Charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (crystal methamphetamine) and possession for the purpose of trafficking (marihuana) is 34 year-old Brandy BUTCHER of Deseronto.
