GRATTON – Drunk Driving

(CAMPBELLFORD, ON) –On April 3, 2016 at 6:24pm the Northumberland detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a driving complaint of a gold Intrepid tailgating vehicles and weaving within its lane almost striking a parked truck on Bridge Street East in Campbellford.

Officers located the car traveling north on Front Street North and determined that the driver, who was also eating recently purchased wings, was impaired. He was arrested and taken to the Campbellford detachment for further tests.

As a result of these tests, Jesse Michael GRATTON age 25 of Seymour Township is charged with Impaired Care & Control of a motor vehicle and Care & Control of a motor vehicle while his blood alcohol content exceeded 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brighton on May 3, 2016.
