(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 32-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Nixon Road, Windham, Ontario address.
On Sunday, April 10, 2016, at approximately 12:16 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Nixon Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police charged 32-year-old David Douglas SCHRAM of Norwich Township, Ontario with speeding and (2) two counts of driving while under suspension.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
