(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment have charged a 35-year-old female after police responded to an incident at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at approximately 2:07 a.m., police responded to Norfolk Jewellers for a break and enter. Upon police arrival, officers were informed that a female had been stopped by a concerned resident and was observed to be acting suspicious.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 35-year-old Crystal Lee ROBBINS of Norfolk County, Ontario with identity fraud, possession of counterfeit currency and two (2) counts of fail to comply with recognizance.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
