(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 20 year old female with disqualified driving and several provincial charges following a traffic stop at an Indian Line Road, Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Tuesday April 12th, 2016 at approximately 8:00 pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP stopped a black 2007 Pontiac Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) on Indian Line Road, for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 20 year old Sierra WHITE of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nations Territory, ON has been charged with driving while disqualified, drive motor vehicle with no currently validated permit, use validation not furnished for vehicle, and fail to have insurance card. She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
