(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 44-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Windham Road 12, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, April 14, 2016, at approximately 12:02 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Windham Road 12, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 44-year-old Nathan Timothy THOM, of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
