(ESPANOLA, ON)- On April 12, 2016, at approximately 3:35 p.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the township of Sables-Spanish Rivers
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension and that the vehicle he was operating had an expired validation sticker.
John Kalinowski, 37 years of age, from Elliot Lake, was charged with:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on June 9, 2016.
