OWL – Drive While Suspended

(SUDBURY, ON)- On April 12, 2016, at approximately 5:31 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the City of Greater Sudbury.

As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.

Ronald OWL, 33 years of age, from Sagamok, was charged with three counts of: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.

The vehicle the accused was operating was impounded for seven days under the Vehicle Impoundment Program (VIP).

The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on May 2, 2016.
