(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On April 17, 2016 at approximately 00:05 am a vehicle was stopped in Fenelon Falls by a City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer for a traffic investigation.
After an investigation, the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol and was arrested and charged with Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The 24 year old driver, Adam CROWE of Alliston, will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on May 26, 2016.
