(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call in the Pontypool area on April 17, 2016 at approximately 8:30pm.
After an investigation, 20 year old, John HARRIS of Pontypool, was arrested and charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm contrary to section 267(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on May 12, 2016.
