(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On April 20, 2016 at approximately 7:20 p.m. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of an erratic vehicle travelling westbound on Highway 401near Highway 59.
As a result of investigation, the 51-year-old male, Jeffery ROBERTSON of Barrie was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood – CC
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on May 10, 2016.
