(Town of Carleton Place, Ontario) – On Friday April 15th, 2016, members of the Ontario Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit assisted by members of Ontario Provincial Police Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.) Warrant to Search, which led to 2 arrests.
During the investigation the following items were seized:

The following charge was laid against Alexander ROUBLE (23) of the Town of Carleton Place (ON):
Possession for the Purpose Schedule II Substance under 3 kgs-Cannabis Marihuana
He was later released from custody on a Promise to Appear and Officer in Charge Undertaking. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Perth on June 13th, 2016 to answer to the charge.
The following charges were laid against Levi ARTHUR (20) of the Town of Carleton Place (ON):
Possession for the Purpose Schedule II Substance under 3 kgs-Cannabis MarihuanaFail to Comply with Condition-Recognizance.
He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking. REVOK is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Perth on June 13th, 2016.
