(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being contacted by an alert resident at a Victoria Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at approximately 3:17 p.m., an alert resident observed a male walking in the middle of the roadway, using inappropriate hand gestures to the motoring public and pedestrians.
Officers patrolling the area located the male and took him into custody without incident.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 24-year-old Daniel Robert LAFORME of Norfolk County, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place and having liquor in open container in other than licences premises, residence or private place
