(ESPANOLA, ON)- On May 5, 2016, at approximately 12:46 p.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the township of Baldwin, in McKerrow.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension and that the vehicle he was operating had an expired validation sticker.
Matthew PIPPEN, 35 years of age, from Whitefish, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on June 30, 2016.
