(SUDBURY, ON)- On May 3, 2016, at approximately 4:17 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the female driver was under suspension and that the vehicle she was operating had an expired validation sticker.
Lindsay RHODES, 32 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The vehicle the accused was operating was towed to a local impound.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on June 20, 2016.
