(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 50-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Pinegrove Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, May 7, 2016, at approximately 1:13 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Pinegrove Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 50-year-old Barbara Christine ELSBRIE of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
