(LEEDS, ON.) – A local Rideau Lakes business was the victim of an early morning break and enter where firearms were stolen.
On the 25th of May 2016 at about 2:00 AM members of the Rideau Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police attended a break and enter that had just occurred at Bennett’s Bait and Tackle Shop located on 15 Highway, just south of Smiths Falls.
Thieves entered the business and removed firearms prior to fleeing the scene.
