(CALEDON, ON) – Officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint regarding a sexual assault that occurred in 2004. The incident involved a male that was known to the victim and occurred at the victim’s residence in Caledon.
On May 25, 2016 Brian Ronald HAACKE, 41, of Waterloo was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on June 30, 2016 to answer to the charge.
