On Friday May 6, 2016 at approximately 5:50pm a 61 year old Owen Sound female was travelling north bound in the 1500 block of 16 th Avenue East when she became dizzy. The female drove off the road travelling for some distance before crashing into the Canadian Tire sign at that businesses west entrance. The vehicle sustained heavy damage and the air bag was deployed.
The female suffered non life threatening upper and lower body injuries and was transported to the hospital.
The Owen Sound Police are continuing to investigate.
