(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 19-year-old male after police were called to a Walker Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, June 3, 2016, at approximately 3:01 p.m., an alert motorist contacted police after they became concerned about a male that was located on the roadway at Walker Street and St Andrew Street.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 19-year-old Joseph KELLY of Stoney Creek, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
