(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 51-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Rainham Road, Selkirk, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Friday, June 10, 2016, at approximately 5:54 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Rainham Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 51-year-old Daniel COLLINS, of Haldimand County, Ontario with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit and driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
