(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) – Members of the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a motor vehicle collision on Gravel Road, Armstrong Township involving a tractor trailer unit and a school bus on June 20, 2016.
Shortly after 8:00 a.m. a west bound school bus carrying seven passengers was struck by a tractor trailer that pulled onto the road from a driveway. There are no injuries as a result of this collision.
Investigation resulted in the driver of the tractor trailer, Bryan EDWARDS, 30, of Armstrong Township has been charged with Fail to yield from driveway – section 139(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
