(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a traffic complaint yesterday morning at approximately 8:45 am in the Dunsford area.
As a result, 24 year old Shelby MONTGOMERY of Lindsay was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Driving While Ability Impaired by Drug contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC)
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle contrary to section 249(1)(a) of the CCC
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on July 28th, 2016.
