On June 26th, 2016, at approximately 2:10am officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a motor vehicle on Hamilton Rd
Following an investigation it was determined that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

Driving While Ability Impaired – 253(1)(a) Criminal Code of Canada
The male was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice Belleville on July 14th, 2016.
