Extremely Intoxicated Driver Arrested After Numerous Complaints

(North Kawartha Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and emergency crews were called to assist at a single vehicle collision on Highway 28 near Apsley yesterday shortly before 5:00pm.
