(OLD SOUTHERN GEORGIAN BAY TWP, ON)- Just after 6:30pm on July 10, 2016 Southern Georgian Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Fire and Paramedics were notified of a swimmer that had gone under the water and had not surfaced.
Southern Georgian OPP confirms the identity of the deceased as Keenan CARTER (23yrs) of Toronto, ON
Investigation is continuing into the cause of death. Updates will be done when as they become available.
