(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Highway 6, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Friday, July 15, 2016 at approximately 4:29 p.m., officers responded to a motor vehicle collision involving two (2) vehicles.
Through the course of investigation, it has been determined that a grey coloured Hyundai was southbound on Highway 6 when it was struck from behind by a blue coloured Pontiac motor vehicle.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 22-year-old Devon SAMPANO of Haldimand County, Ontario with careless driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offences Notice.
